Associate Attorney Kathryn Kelly helps her clients secure successful outcomes in employment matters involving reasonable accommodations, workplace discrimination, discipline, and retaliation.
Before joining Alan Lescht and Associates, P.C., as an Associate Attorney, Kathryn worked for the firm as a Law Clerk. Kathryn graduated with honors from American University Washington College of Law. As a law student, she was on the executive board of the Labor and Employment Law Society and the staff of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy and the Law. Kathryn served as an intern with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and as a judicial intern to a circuit court judge in Virginia. She gained invaluable client-centered experience while working as a student-attorney and a research assistant at the Criminal Justice Clinic at the Washington College of Law, which represented incarcerated individuals on compassionate release motions.
Kathryn graduated with honors from Lafayette College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Law and Classical Civilizations. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of the school’s student newspaper, The Lafayette. During her undergraduate studies, Kathryn interned at a plaintiff’s side employment law firm, where she developed a passion for helping victims of employment discrimination.
