Senior Counsel Victoria Watson is an experienced attorney who represents public and private sector employees in a wide range of employment-related matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Victoria provides representation to victims of civil rights violations during investigations, before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Alan Lescht and Associates, P.C., Victoria practiced at another Washington, D.C. law firm, where she represented employees and unions in individual and collective actions involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour violations. She began her legal career in Dallas, Texas, where she gained extensive experience litigating civil disputes on behalf of both individual and corporate clients.
Victoria is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. During law school, she served as Fundraising and Outreach Chair of the Women Law Students Association and worked as a law student mediator in the Civil Mediation Clinic. Victoria also worked as a judicial intern for the 68th and 302nd District Courts in Dallas County, Texas.
Victoria is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Texas, as well as corresponding federal jurisdictions.
