We represented a registered nurse who worked for the U.S. Department of the Air Force at Andrews Air Force Base. The Air Force proposed to revoke our client’s hospital privileges for allegedly practicing outside of the scope of care and failing to meet an acceptable standard of care. Based on the evidence and arguments we presented at the hearing, our client was reinstated to her position and did not lose her privileges.
