Department of Homeland Security rescinded proposed suspension

Our client worked for the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”). DHS proposed to remove our client for 7 days, charging her with failure to follow her supervisor’s instructions. We provided a written and oral response showing that our client did in fact follow her supervisor’s instructions and in some cases that her supervisor’s actions made it impossible to follow his instructions. The deciding official found that each specification was without support and withdrew the proposed 7 day suspension.
