Our client filed an EEO complaint alleging discrimination and retaliation. The agency issued a final agency decision finding no discrimination or retaliation. We appealed the decision to the EEOC Office of Federal Operations, arguing that the agency failed to conduct an adequate investigation of our client’s complaint. Based on our arguments, the OFO remanded the complaint back to the agency for a supplemental investigation.
