Our client is the former manager of a work training center. Defendant fired him after it learned that he was a recovering alcoholic. We filed a disability discrimination suit in the Supreme Court for N.Y. County. After a three-day trial, the jury awarded our client $25,000 in compensatory damages, $50,804.89 in lost wages, and $50,000 in punitive damages.
