Our client retained us after his Agency issued a suspension against him. Beginning our representation at the appellate stage, we drafted a Petition for Review, arguing that our client had been subject to a hostile work environment after making protected disclosures of agency wrongdoing. We successfully contrasted record exhibits against inconsistent testimony presented by the Agency to the Administrative Judge, reasoning that the client’s protected disclosures contributed to the agency’s decision to suspend him.
